    2. MUV Store reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon publication on the website.

    • By using this website and placing orders, you agree to:
      1. Use the site only to make legitimate inquiries or requests.
      2. Do not place false or fraudulent orders. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that an order is fraudulent, we will be entitled to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
      3. Provide contact information, such as your email address, phone number and mailing address, truthfully and accurately. In addition, you agree that we may use this information to contact you if necessary (see our Privacy Policy). If you do not provide us with the required information, we will not be able to process your order.
    • By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
  4. Products

    2. Product descriptions, including images and specifications, are as accurate as possible. However, we do not guarantee that colors and features will be displayed exactly as they are in reality due to individual user screen settings.
    3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
    4. All orders are subject to product availability. If we have any problems with the supply or items are out of stock, we will refund the amount you have paid.
  5. Orders
    1. To place an order, simply follow the online checkout process and click “Checkout”. Once payment is accepted, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
    2. We will also inform you by email when your order has been shipped. In the next few days you will receive an invoice with the details of your order.
  6. Prices and Payments
    1. All prices are expressed in Euros and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
    2. In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax (VAT), the delivery of the articles will be considered to be made in the territory subject to Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spain, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the one in force at any given time, depending on the specific article purchased.
    3. You also expressly authorize us to issue the invoice in electronic format.
    4. Prices exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount, unless otherwise indicated.
    5. Payment for products can be made through the payment methods accepted in our store, including credit cards, debit cards and other electronic payment methods.
    6. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price will be the one shown in the order confirmation.
  7. Shipping
    1. Orders will be processed and shipped within the time frame specified on the website according to the shipping method you have selected or on the date you have indicated to us. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and product availability.
    2. Currently, our deliveries are made only in Spain within the Iberian Peninsula.
    3. If for any reason the delivery date cannot be met or is delayed, we will inform you and give you the option to go ahead with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. We do not make home deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
    4. A delay may be due to the following reasons:
      1. Delivery area
      2. Out of stock
      3. Non-payment of order
      4. Unforeseen circumstances
    5. Shipping costs will be calculated during the purchase process and will be added to the final price of the products.
    6. Shipping costs are included in orders over 200 € for Spain within the Iberian Peninsula.
    7. If you wish to delay the delivery, please indicate it in the order notes including an estimated date and send an email to envios@muv-store.com with the order number in the subject line and the mention “deferred delivery”.
      If you do not yet know the exact date, select a tentative future date and contact us as soon as you know it.
      Please let us know at least 3 working days in advance (Monday to Friday) by sending an email to envios@muv-store.com.
    8. You can change your delivery address at any time, as long as you do so at least 3 working days prior to shipment, without any additional charge, unless the new destination is in an area with extra costs. If you still do not have the address or date confirmed, please contact us by email at envios@muv-store.com with the corresponding details.
    9. MUV Store is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by external factors, such as logistic problems, customs, weather, strikes, etc.
    10. If for any reason we are unable to meet the expected delivery date, we will inform you of the situation and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by setting a new delivery date, or cancelling the order with a full refund of the amount paid.
    11. For the purposes of these Conditions, “delivery” will be deemed to have been made or the order to have been “delivered” when you, or a third party you have designated, acquire physical possession of the products, which will be accredited by signing receipt of the order at the agreed address.
  8. Returns and Exchanges
    1. The customer has the right to return products within 30 calendar days of receipt by him or a third party he has indicated, provided that the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
    2. Kits or sets must be returned complete, that is, with all the items they contain. Partial returns of any kit/set will not be accepted.
    3. If the item you return is in perfect condition, you will receive a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date you notified your return. The refund of the total amount of the products will be made using the same payment method you used when making the purchase. The reasons for withdrawal requested in the returns form are for informational purposes only.
    4. You will receive confirmation of the refund by email once it has been processed. If more than 14 days have passed and you do not have the refund in your account, please present this confirmation to your bank to speed up the process.
    5. In the event that we are unable to refund your payment to the original payment method, we will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to receive your refund via bank transfer.
    6. Used, washed or custom-made products are not refundable. If they need to be returned to your home, the collection and subsequent delivery will be charged.
    7. Defective products supplied will be collected and will then be refunded or replaced, following inspection of the products by our quality control team.
    8. Shipping costs in case of return will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
    9. To request a return or exchange, you must send an email to devoluciones@muv-store.com with the order number in the subject line and the mention “Return order”. Once the email is received, MUV Store will provide you with instructions on how to return the items from your home address.
  9. Warranty
    1. All products sold at MUV Store have a warranty as stipulated by law, which comes into effect from the date of purchase and covers any manufacturing defects.

    3. To make the warranty valid, it is necessary to provide proof of purchase and evidence of the product defect.
  10. Responsibility
    1. MUV Store is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of products purchased through our store, except in cases where required by law.
    2. In no event shall MUV Store be liable for any loss of profits, business interruption, or other special or consequential damages.

All content, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations is the property of MUV Store or its content suppliers and is protected by Spanish and international laws on intellectual property rights, copyright and database rights, in particular European Union legislation. All content hosted or made available through MUV Store is the exclusive property of MUV Store and is protected by the aforementioned legislation.
      2. Systematic extraction and re-utilization of any part of the content offered by MUV Store is not permitted without our express written consent. In particular, the use of data mining tools or robots to extract (whether once or several times) substantial parts of such content for re-utilization without our express written consent is not permitted. You are also not permitted to create or publish your own databases containing substantial parts of any of the content offered (for example, our product lists and price lists) without our express written consent.
  12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
    1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
    2. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Madrid.
  13. Computer security and attacks
    1. You must not use this website in any improper manner, including by introducing viruses, trojans, worms or other malicious software. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or to our servers or databases connected to it. You agree not to carry out a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
    2. Failure to comply with these measures may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. In such a case, we will inform the relevant authorities and will cooperate in identifying the person responsible. If you breach this rule, your access to the website will be withdrawn immediately.
    3. We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from denial-of-service attacks, viruses or other harmful programs that may affect your equipment, data or materials due to the use of this site or the downloading of its contents or redirects.

    1. Our website may include links to third party websites and content which are provided for information purposes only. We have no control over the content of such sites or materials and we are not liable for any damage or loss that may arise from your use of them.

To prove that a notice has been sent, it will be sufficient to prove that, in the case of a letter, it was correctly addressed, stamped and delivered to the post office, or in the case of an email, that it was sent to the correct email address.
