Orders
How can I place an order at MUV Store?
Follow the online checkout process and click on “Checkout”. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and another email when your order has been shipped.
What information will I receive after placing my order?
You will receive an electronic ticket with your order details attached to your shipping confirmation email.
Prices and Payments
Do the prices include taxes?
Yes, all prices are expressed in euros and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
How is VAT applied to purchases?
VAT is applied according to current Spanish regulations and depends on the delivery address. For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, purchases are exempt from VAT but may be subject to other local taxes and duties.
Do the prices include shipping costs?
No, shipping costs will be calculated during the purchase process and added to the total amount, unless otherwise indicated.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Bizum and other electronic payment methods available in our online store.
Can product prices change?
Yes, we reserve the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price will be the one shown in the order confirmation.
Shipping
Where do you ship and what are the delivery times?
Currently, we only ship to Spain within the Iberian Peninsula. Orders will be processed and shipped within the timeframe specified on our website, depending on the shipping method selected. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
Do you deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays?
No, we do not make home deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
What do I do if my order is delayed?
If there is a delay, we will inform you and give you the option to continue with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund.
Can I change my delivery address or shipping date?
Yes, you can change your delivery address or shipping date at least 3 business days before shipping. Please contact us at shipping@muv-store.com to make the changes.
Changing your address may incur additional charges.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs will be calculated during the purchase process and will be added to the final price of the products. For orders over 200 € for Spain within the Iberian Peninsula, shipping costs are included.
Can I make a deferred delivery?
Yes, for this you will have to:
- Add a note to your order with an estimated delivery date.
- Send an email to envios@muv-store.com with the order number in the subject line and write in the message that it is a deferred delivery.
If you do not yet know the exact date, select an approximate future date and contact us as soon as you have it.
Important: we need at least 3 working days in advance (Monday to Friday) to be able to manage the change.
Returns and Exchanges
What is MUV Store's return policy?
You have the right to return products within 30 calendar days of receiving them, provided they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Can part of a kit or set be returned?
No. The kits or sets must be returned complete, that is to say, with all the items that compose it. Partial return of any kit/set will not be accepted.
How can I request a return or exchange?
You must send an email to devoluciones@muv-store.com with the order number in the subject line and the mention “Return order”. Once the email is received, MUV Store will provide you with instructions on how to manage the return from your home address.
Who pays for the shipping costs in case of return?
Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and verified the status of the returned product, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. You will receive confirmation by email.
Can I return used or customized products?
No, used, washed or custom-made products are not refundable. If you need to return them to your home, the collection and subsequent delivery will be charged.

Yes, all products sold at MUV Store have a legal guarantee that covers any manufacturing defect from the date of purchase.
What does the warranty cover and how do I make it valid?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications to the product. To make the warranty valid, you must provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect.
